Terms & conditions
The basics of booking with Boho Tables.
1. Booking and quotes
Every booking starts as a request. We review it manually and send you a quote. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and we confirm the date in writing.
2. Prices
Package prices are per person and include VAT. Activities, add-ons, custom locations and special requests are quoted separately and added to your final price.
3. Deposit and payment
A deposit secures your date and is deducted from the final amount. Payment links are valid for 24 hours. The balance is due as stated in your quote. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
4. Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can. Date changes are subject to availability. Cancellation terms are set out in your quote; deposits may be non-refundable once we have committed suppliers and materials to your date.
5. Weather and safety
Outdoor events depend on weather and local conditions. If conditions are unsafe we will offer an alternative date, location or setup wherever possible.
6. Your responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and belongings, and for any damage to our equipment. Please follow local rules at the event location.
7. Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law. Complaints: hello@bohotables.com. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
