1. Who we are
Boho Tables organises styled tables and events on the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@bohotables.com.
2. What we collect
Booking and event requests: your name, email, phone, event date and time, location, guest count, package and add-ons, and any notes you send us (including dietary requests you choose to share). Check-in form: the details you give us before your event, and your separate, optional photo and video consent. Payments: deposit payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details. Website: basic technical data such as your browser and pages visited, plus your language and cookie preferences.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, organise your event and keep records of bookings and payments. We use it because it is necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our agreement with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Consent you give separately
Marketing: if you tick the optional box, we may send you occasional news and offers. It is never required to make a booking and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@bohotables.com or using the unsubscribe link. Photo and video: consent to us photographing or filming your event is asked only in the check-in form, is always optional, and can be refused or withdrawn without affecting your booking.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: website hosting and database, email delivery, our form provider and our payment provider. They only process data on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings: up to 12 months. Bookings and payment records: as long as required by Spanish tax and accounting rules. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to hello@bohotables.com and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
